SHIPPING POLICY

When will my order be despatched?
Orders will be despatched as soon as possible, typically between 2-3 days of ordering unless otherwise stated when ordering. Despatch may be delayed at particularly busy periods but possible delays will be made clear on our website in this instance. This may happen during Christmas and sale periods.

How is my order shipped?
We currently use Royal Mail 48 hour tracked as our standard postage method.
We also offer Royal Mail 24 hour tracked for next day delivery and Royal Mail Special Delivery guaranteed by 1pm*. This delivery option is available on all orders placed prior to 12pm Monday -Thursday. Please note orders placed after 12pm Friday will be despatched on the next business working day. This does not include UK Bank Holidays.

*Please note that Special Delivery guaranteed by 1pm requires someone to receive the parcel and provide a signature upon delivery. If the parcel cannot be signed for a card will be left by Royal Mail and the order will need to be collected or re-delivery arranged for another time. Izzoli cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery if the order cannot be signed for.

Free Delivery
All orders over £75 qualify for free 48 hour tracked delivery.
All orders over £100 qualify for free 24 hour tracked delivery.
All orders over £150 qualify for free Next Day Guaranteed by 1pm (on orders placed prior to 12pm Monday - Thursday).

Royal Mail 48 hour tracked: £3.29
Royal Mail 24 hour tracked: £3.99
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm £8.99 
(Available on orders placed prior to 12pm Monday - Thursday). 

Tracking your order
When your order is despatched you will be notified and receive tracking details. Please refer to the tracking reference in order to track your order whilst in transit.

What if my order doesn't arrive?
In the unlikely situation that you suspect that your order may be either delayed or lost in transit please contact us as soon as possible at sales@izzoli.com.
If upon investigation that we discover your order has been lost in transit we will immediately offer either a replacement order despatched within 24 hours or alternatively a full refund.

International Shipping
We currently ship to the UK, Northern Ireland and the USA and certain international territories. Please see international shipping options at check out.

We currently are unable to ship to territories within the EU.
