How do I know my order has been received?
Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email.
If you cannot find this please check spam or junk folders. If you are unable to find this please contact us at sales@izzoli.com.

Can I amend my order?
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or amend an order once it has been placed.
You have 14 days in which to notify us of any issue with your order. 

How do I pay for my order?
Using our quick and easy Shopify checkout you can pay using all major debit and credit cards, plus PayPal and Google Pay options.

Refunds
Refunds are available provided you have notified us within 30 days of receipt of the order. We do not offer exchanges unless there is fault with an item.
